Shop Policies
Due to the nature of our business of handmade products, items are made fresh upon order receipt.
SHIPPING
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and preparing your order for shipment due to all items being hand made. Small orders are shipped USPS (priority mail) and large orders (3 or more) ships via UPS. We are UNABLE to ship internationally at this time but plan to in the near future.
Please note that your order will ship after completed processing time.
Refunds and Exchanges
We guarantee the quality of every item we sell and test every product thats listed.
We currently do not accept returns due to our products handmade nature. If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Photos of any damage item are required before a replacements will be sent.
There will be a Cancellation fee of 50% on all orders that have already been made and customer decides that they do not want it.
WE DO NOT WHOLESALE!
Please read all warning labels and follow the directions on each candle. Do NOT leave candle burning around curtains, drafts, unattended children or pets.
COVID-19
Due to the impact of COVID-19, USPS and UPS have stated that massive shipping delays may occur.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.
